Deliver my device

I ordered a prepaid S7 edge online. I paid cash for the device online through my bank card.<br> <br> It's a week now, I still don't have an order confirmation from Vodacom. I have contacted Vodacom telephonically - no agentis able to assist me. I then contacted Vodacom again and an agent took all my details and order details but 4 days down the line and no one has contacted me still.<br> <br> I ordered 1 S7 edge, but my Vodacom shows that there is an order for 2 devices. Payment was made and money came off my account, but no one in VODACOM is attending to this matter.<br> When will the device be delivered?!
