Deliberate delay or refusal to cancel the duped upgrade contract.

My problem refusal or deliberate delay to cancel the duped contract is still unresolved. Their private response referred me to Customer Care 082135. I called on 05 March 21 and relayed the experience shared with you all over again. Her response was she cannot cancel the contract unless the equipment has been collected by After Sales. Only then will they cancel. She put me through to After Sales *** where I related the problem again. She stated that an investigation has to be conducted by the unit that handled the upgrade contract. She will log a request with them and in 5 days someone will call me to give me feedback after llistening to the records. Nobody called on the 12 and 15 March 21. I called *** on 16 March 21, related the problem again. She confirmed the request was logged with the department that dealt with the upgrade. She put me through to them. The employee checked the system, reported she found nothing about the logged request and asked if I was given a reference when they logged which I didn't get. She reffered me back to After Sales. I am being pushed from pillar to post. The contract I was duped into not cancelled and Vodacom demanding the amount I reversed for the very contract I asked 7 weeks ago to be cancelled which nobody did anything about, no advice provided then about contacting After Sales. They are threatening to disconnect me for their incompetence due to lack of action on 25, 28 and 29 Jan 21 with email requests to act.
