Deliberate and spiteful sabotage from Vodacom
Vodacom has not done a thing to fix the problem i posted earlier. I am unable to call my brother from my own cell phone. Strange though. That should i use another cell phone i get through immediately. So, Explain to me how this can go on. And tell me this is not deliberate and spiteful sabotage. I am sure i am not the only one out there having this experience. So it must mean that they simply do not care. Or it means that they have now decided it does not matter that they can in fact sabotage a customer and get away with it. I was called by them to find out about the issue, But nothing has happened since that call. "Modi" is the contact person. no surname. In case i need to speak to them again. What is this. A person pays for the service but then there is no service. I cannot call my own brother from my own cell phone. So then who do i call in case of an emergency. What the heck. Seriously wish there were more professional service providers to deal with?

Good day
Thank you for the posting.
Please note that Vodacom as network provider cannot block one single number from calling another. These are usually phone features.
Your bother advised that you are able to reach each other sometimes when we last spoke to him. He was still go visit a local Vodacom store for assistance.
Please see below feedback from our Network management team:
According to traces there are no call failures between the numbers the calls are short this is usually an indication of handset related barring - please check block, spam, exclusion, add to blacklist (hawei) or even reject lists and third party applications (such as true caller) on both handsets.
This should resolve the issue.
Thanks and regards
