deleted sim

My sim card was deleted after I called to make an arrangement to pay end if March payment was made 03-24 only to be advised to buy a new sin request the number again then pay another 285 to reinstate my sim arguing that I never called even after I gave them all the call details like date 2015-03-13 time 6:56am then u get told accounts won't sort it out I must call customer care which took a week before logging a dispute for me which meant to take 48 working hours I am still waiting two weeks later month communication from vodacom and I clearly told them that the voda number us my main contact for all my stuff I contacted them again last week only to be told they can't trace the call I must send an email to customer care because the lady that helped me is not at work or buy the new sim card and pay if that *** number is important for me I've been loyal to vodaccom I have had this number for more than 10 years I want this number activated ASAP.
