Deleted Numbers

I cant understand Vodacom, i have put in place an arrangement with Vodacom my account was blocked due to non payment but when i started paying the account the normal billing started again so i would continue paying my arrangement now to my understanding it was only for 3 months and this last month i was supposed to pay a little extra, but i paid on the 24th of August up till the 10th of September no one from Vodacom could have called me and told me that i did this mistake now on the 11th of September my numbers where deleted off the system i spoke to over 7 people in the call center which all of them are idiots. now Vodacom says i will be handed over if i don't pay the remaining balance of the contracts i would gladly like them to do that cause if they can hand over someone who is paying for the account then they can get R50 for me every month till it is paid for. i tried to hard cause i didn't want to lose my number, i want my number back! and this is the service i get from them utterly pathetic!!!!!!!!!!
