Deleted number on network without customers approval

Vodacom has deleted my cell phone number that I have been using for more than 10years for business, as a result I lost all my business contacts which has impacted hugely on my capabilities to provide for my family.

I logged complaints after complaints instead they send me from pillar to post. I opened a second line with them while awaiting for response on why the number was deleted without my knowledge to no avail.
