Deleted number

I was using my vodacom Sim card, then boom I wake up, it doesn't work anymore. I can't take calls or make calls. My bill was paid. My frustration is, how can one stop using their Sim card out of the blue. I am missing important calls. I have data airtime, now I can't access. This is madness honestly. Mind you, I bought data and airtime last month that worth 460.
