Deleted my number
I had a number with Vodacom for seven years. While I was away on a business trip, they deleted my number, ****** the balance that was on it without any message or attempt to even inform me about it. Going to the Vodacom shop or calling customer support was not useful at all. Did not even consider to restore my number or return my money. What is wrong, Vodacom? Are you not enjoying having customers?
