Deleted / Cancelled my e-mail address
My contract was converted to pre-paid on 12/04/2016 (after a week of struggling to get it done) and them Vodacom just deleted the e-mail address that i have been using for years off their system. Customer Care and social media are unable to fix this, and nobody is coming back to me now.
