DELETED ALL MY PHOTOS

On Thursday of last week I went into Vodacom Shop in Norwood Mall to see why my phone was showing that I don't have enough memory. I was told by Lindiwe that I needed a memory card which I paid R150 for. She then efficiently started to move my photos and songs from the phone to the memory card. When I got home, I checked for my photos and there were none, The following day I phoned her and she said I must come into the shop and she will put them into a folder for me. When I got to the shop, she couldn't find the photos, she had deleted them. She asked one of the other staff members to help, but he couldn't find them either. When I spoke to Shaun, who claims he was the manager that day, he became very rude and offensive and said there was nothing they could do, I should have checked the photos before I left the shop the previous day. Well I didn't!! I didn't feel the necessity to check her work as she should know what she is doing if she works there. Shaun was very rude and unhelpful and couldn't be bothered with my problem at all. I asked for the owner of the shop's number and was given a false number. I find it difficult to understand that I was given a \too bad\" attitude"
