Delays returning repaired handset

I handed in my handset for repairs at Vodacom Custommer Services and Repairs in Greenacres mall, end of January. The handset was send away for repairs, and I received an sms with the job number. A few days later, 3Feb, I received another sms \...your handset is currently in qa check required status...". Since I did not quite understand what the sms meant I went back to Vodacom to find out about my cellphone. They told me that my handset was repaired and that it will be sent back that same day. The next day I came back to collect my handset"
