Delaying order

I did online application for two iPhone 14 begining of December 2025 and i was approved. Today is 04th of January and the phones are no where to be found.i have been calling vodacom, i am running out of patience

I even visited vodacom Mthatha branch,Bt ngebs mall to track the parcel they said they cant assist me i must contact online department when asking for a number they said they dont know it as they are not working with vodacom online. How is that even possible na, is vodacom not the same or its me who is not taken serious by vodacom??
