Delayed overpayment refund with no feedback from finance team :-(

Pathetic delays in refunding my money despite following the process and being told to expect the refund in 14 days. Now we are approaching day 30 and I'm not even getting feedback from the finance department. Don't waste your breath with apologies, just repay my money so that I can just look forward to the end of my two contracts in September and December.
