Delay in sending my Copy of Contract

I have been dealing with Vodacom for the past three to four weeks. On the 18/07/2016, I requested my Copy of Contract and I had to submit my copy of ID and other documents to verify myself - which I did. Thereafter, I was told to wait for a few days. I had to then call in again to find out if request is being followed up on. I was referred from one dept to another and finally on the Saturday, 23/07/2016 I was told that I could retrieve the copy of contract (proof of purchase) at the nearest Vodashop. I then went to Eastgate Mall and I went to a Vodashop where I was told to go to the Vodacom Customers Care Centre within the mall. I was given a document which the agent explained should be sufficient as a proof of purchase. I took that to a service provider which was fixing my phone. However, I was told by the service provider that the document I was given was invalid. I called Vodacom and I was told that my authentification documents were not attached when I was initially requested the proof of purchase (of which I have a proof of an email that they were attached - this was done on the 18/07/2016). I have had to re-attached those documents again and send another email to verify myself. This was done on the 28/07/2016.

Here I am, approx. 4 weeks later and I am still told to wait for something I should have recieved in a short amount of time.

Reviewer Update

I have not as yet received any form of communication. I would like to receive an email with my copy of contract ATTACHED. I do not even trust that the consultant calling me or emailing me will be of any help, besides for the fact that I will be told to wait for another few days as I am sent from one dept to the next.
