DELAY IN CANCELLATION AFTER MEDICAL RECORDS SUBMITTED INDICATING SEVERE DISABILITY

A little while ago I shared my story about my husband who sustained a severe brain injury and Vodacom not wanting to assist me in canceling his contract, after phone calls being sent from one branch to the next, sending emails, speaking to managers never once did they say they wanted Power of attorney documents to cancel the contract. Now all of a sudden after complaining on Hellopeter they are requesting Power of attorney to cancel a small data contract, which has never been requested before. I have explained that I do not yet have poa and that it's in the process with lawyers of which can be lengthy and I do not want the contract renewed hence the reason I am pushing for cancellation but they seem to have no sense of urgency. I have given in medical reports ect stating the condition of my husband AND STILL WE GOING BACK AND FORTH, VODACOM YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SERVICE IS BAD! THiS MATTER NEEDS ATTENTION
