Degrading Upgrade

Order Number: I*** Waybill: U*** ID: *** Number upgraded: *** I AM ON THE OLD SYSTEM!!!

I have never experienced such *********** service from a mobile cellular network.

I had my upgrade delivered this morning (18/12/2020), only to find my Apple Watch is not cellular, when if you listen to the recorded sales dialogue, I emphasised to the Consultant, Sameerah, to make certain it was cellular. She confirmed after consultation that it is cellular device. I have now gone 2 retail outlets at the mall who couldn’t assist me, delaying my holiday plans.

I then called ***, dealt with Rashieda, whom insisted that I'd have to just cancel the agreement and nothing else can be done. She then proceeded to uncivilly transfer my call to the upgrade division, with whom she hadn't consulted to explain my query rendering me to repeat my fabulous upgrade experience for the umpteenth time.

I’m at a point where I actually don’t need these products any longer.

Please call me regarding my query soonest. ***

It's been almost 3 hours. One would've thought Vodacom's attempt to resolve my serious issue, at no fault on my side, would've been a speedy one. I guess "The Future" is not that exciting...

I've posted this add on twitter and will now proceed to make it public on facebook and instagram.

Yes, frankly I’m not sure why you can’t just swop the watch for the one I ordered. The client is now inconvenienced because of incompetence from the Vodacom employee.

Please save the “valued client”

Please save the “valued client” hogwash and sort out my contract. If this is not sorted by tomorrow I’m taking my business else where. Not once did any Vodacom representative bother to call and apologise.
