De*****ing of data

I recently reviewed and renewed a cellphone service contract with Vodacom. As part of the new agreement I would receive 20gig once off anytime data. I also exicitly noted that I need approx. 10p or so airtime, more than 1gig data pm and few sms's. I don't spend much time on my phone and as at 28th August 2020 upon enquiry still had more than 13gig data available. My elderly mother passed away so I spent even less time on my phone. However, on 30th August 2020 I received a notification from Vodacom that I had a mere 654mb data available?! Not only this, but my airtime is less that agreed and my data as per my request is also not correct. How Vodacom came to this conclusion is absolutely beyond any comprehension. No-one other than myself has access to my phone which was for all intent and purposes unused due to my personal circumstances as mentioned. Many people apart from myself have to date complained of exactly the same problem which it seems Vodacom simy either ignores or aren't a le to sort out. I expect Vodacom to rectify this matter by either crediting my account with a fresh 20gig data, or 5gig data per month for the remainder of the agreement or else canceling the agreement in its entirety so that I may move to another Cell phone service provider.

Urgent attention to this matter is extremely important and expected.
