De*****ed by a Vodacom employee who works in Vodacom Shop in Woodlands (Pretoria)

While I am in Cape Town, Vodacom 4U (Woodlands) in Pretoria is busy upgrading my contracts. This ***** was done by a Vodacom staff member in the Vodacom Woodlands shop. The staff ID of this person is N. EFDA001

They took a Macbook Pro 2021 in my name, Samsung S22, contract data and airtime.

Reviewer Update
All documents were submitted, no feedback received from Vodacom or any update 2years later I am still listed on Credit bureau that I am owing Vodacom. I called Vodacom the whole of 2022 they promised that they will send updates so my name can be cleared. My Credit score is going down every month. The worst thing is that when I call Vodacom callcentre now they cannot pick up the account yet they are busy submitting to Experian monthly, saying that I owe them. I do not advise anyone to take any account at Vodacom because they employ *****sters, your information is not safe with Vodacom and I am tired, it's been 2years this is draining. I will take it to Twitter now. I know they don't care about customers they only care about their reputation.
