De*****ed by a vodacom employee

On 03/02/2019 I visited vodacom Kwadukuza(new mall) to apply for a data contract.I was assisted by a consultant by the name of Zamani. The consultant assisted me with the contract and got my deal approved.I was not aware of what was to transpire the next day.On 04/02/2019 I received a text message from Cell C telling me that my contract is almost approved,if I did not make the application I must contact them.I mediately contacted Cell C,I was informed that indeed an application has been made in my name.I was able to cancell the contract as the device has not been dispatched yet.I later learnt that an application was also made on my name at direct axis( later cancelled) and at woolworths(R100k) approved. I am not a person who shops around for credit or is a consumer of credit products.So when I was alerted of this I did suspect who might have done this as they are the only one person I have given my documents to. His behaviour was also suspicious as he was all over,forgot things and made comments about my credit profile.This Zamani character has gone against privacy policy and impersonated me in doing credit applications I did not myself do,had I not found this out early I would have been ruined financially,my life down the drain.I would like vodacom to take firm action about such indivuduals and also employ them to do proper vetting when they employ staff in positions of trust such as these and follow this up with a ******** litigation as I have also opened a case of *****.Thus far I have had no feedback with regards to this matter from vodacom even thought I did report the matter to the store manager.This person is still at large,still in possession of my personal documents.I have since learnt that this is not the first time that someone is being de*****ed by vodacom staff at kwadukuza(new mall).They have been doing this at the vodacom at Kwadukuza Market plaza as well and have been getting away with it.I for one need action taken about this.These people are about to ruin our lives and is not good for vodacom business.
