Deflecting responsibility from suppliers
Disheartened by the help I have received from both Vodacom and Mecer. My laptop charging on the 11th December. I tried to buy a universal charger from two 3rd parties. Upon assistance the technicians noticed that the device is not charging and advise me to send it to the supplier as the device is only 10months old at the time. When laptop was booked in and received to (Mecer) Supplier. Feedback returned with a report that the device has been opened/tampered with. When i rep**** with this is not possible i was told in my statement upon booking in the laptop i said i took the laptop to 3rd parties. Which is untrue makes we wonder if i was sold a refurbished laptop. Due to the fact that this laptop was purchased on contacts i will have to paying for someone i cant use to 2023.
How can this be the case if i am pay a month fee to Vodacom
