Defective phone

Its been 12 days since I've reported to vodacom that the device they delivered is not working. I still haven't been assisted. I keep calling every day and every person I speak to promises to come back to me. Zama came back to me saying someone will call to arrange for collection of the device but nothing happened. I called again spoken to Nathi and my discussion with Zama never existed apparently.
