Defective device "unhappy customer"

Good day ,I am one unhappy customer regards my "SONY XPERIER C4" IME. NO. ********** ********** .THIS PHONE IS A DEFECTIVE ONE FROM THE FIRST MONTH . . .I have taken the phone to vodacom chatsworth store over 6 times and the people in the store are helpful meaning even them at the store knew this phone needs to be replaced. And when phone the people at the Repair Centre its either they lie to you that they didn't receive the phone and then phone a hour later and tell you in the three months they had my phone they did not know of it or repair it I am one sick and tired customer of Vodacom I need action cause if I had too stop paying the amount of the contract u guys would have taken action against me and if u KEVIN feel I'm lying to you as to how many times I sent my phone in ask anyone in sales at the chatsworth branch the manager at chatsworth store says he knows himself that the phone is a detective one but he can't authorities to give me a phone that is most of the time with me rather in the repair center and worth paying for . Kevin Naidoo if you can't help me with regards to a defective device I'm not going to pay for this contract any further I will wait for legal action. Cause I'm also ready for action plans iv been quite and a loyal customer and I don't appreciate the service iv gotten so far on this specific device .
