Defeated

I write this with a heavy broken heart and its Vodacom again :(. in June I upgraded but they couldn't upgrage me instead they cancelled my contract - from July I have not had a caller id I don't know y - when i phoned them they said they cant do it now it will only be activated on the 1st of aug - guess what it is still not active all my calls are still unknown - i phone in and stil theres a problem they cant do it - not sure what exactly must happen now. -
