Defeated

<p>I bought my cellphone online over a year ago and it was not provided by vodacom . my phone had a malfunction and recently just shutdown. I took it to vodacom repairs store Mmabatho to see if they could help me fix it. My imei validation was unsuccessful so they could not take it for repairs, which I accepted and understood. My phone was accidentally dropped and back cover shattered, we are human mistakes happen I was informed that what they broke they would fix done, my phone comes back I was happy its no longer shattered but xperia z2 is no longer water proof as the cover they replaced it with keeps falling off bare in mind the initial problem is not fixed. </p>
