DEEPLY UNSATISFIED

This company must be one of the MOST INEFFICIENT companies I have EVER had the misfortune to deal with. I have been trying to cancel a contract for four months now and keep on getting lame excuses. I am dealing with the Pavillion Voda 4 you and there follow up is pathetic. They owe me now for 3 months for debting my account even after the cancellation.!! When I ask for Mr Kevin Naidoo's cell number, I was told "they are not allowed to give his number out". What utter bull !! If you are in the service industry you should be willing to take calls from unhappy customers. I plan to NEVER use the services of Vodacom again... in particular the Pavillion branch. STAY AWAY !!
