Deeply Disappointed

<br> Good Day<br> <br> I've had a contract with Vodacom for almost a decade. I keep on upgrading & to be honest i never skip my payments.I like the service & I'm always treated with respect. I Recently app**** for the Vodacom Tablet 3G deal (R89.00). I gave all the necessary details & my application was referred for approval. However the next day i got a SMS stating that it has not been approved. I couldn't understand as I have always been a loyal customer & have a good credit record with Vodacom. The reason being I don't earn enough and therefore don't qualify for an extra 'line'.<br> <br> I am seriously beginning to doubt that vodacom is the best service provider in the country and I'll definitely reconsider upgrading again once my contract has expired.<br> <br> From a deeply disappointed customer<br> Thank You.<br>
