Deemed not "worthy" of being a Vodacom customer

I went to Vodacom shop at wonderpark shopping centre to find out why my phone was suddenly blocked. I was told that someone reported it ******. I had my phone with me and proof that I bought it, together with my ID. A guy called Pule Makhubele told me that I must bring the box of the phone. I did not keep the box but I kept the receipt thinking that is the important document. While I was still trying to understand what is going on, he got impatient and left me standing there to go help another customer who is more "worthy" than me. He even told me that their shop is not Vodacom, it is just a franchise, but I think it was branded Vodacom outside...
