DEDUCTS MONEY FOR TERRIBLE SERVICE

I recently changed my debit order date because my salary date changed. Then Vodacom started deducting double payments. Every time a payment was unsuccessful they would add R100 to my bill. Also my bank charges me R100 for the failed transaction. They were supposed to deduct R1000 but they tried to deduct R2300. Again and again. So far Vodacom has cost me R1000 at extra charges!!!! Its costing me more for services i dont receive. I went to a store and filled in a form to stop the debit order on my account. The form was filled in and faxed by the store. So this month i paid the account via EFT. Two days later Vodacom deducts a double payment! !!!! Vodacom wants R3000 for a R1000 account that is paid up to date??? I want to cancel all my contracts with vodacom.

Still no email received. Problem is still not solved. I don't see the use of posting a reply if nothing is done. I have had enough of Vodacoms pathetic way of responding to complaints.
