******* deductions of Purchased Content 2

Last month (February 2025), I discovered an additional charge of R334,88 on my invoice. The fee is identified as Purchased Content 2 and falls under Entertainment Services.

I immediately contacted Vodacom, and I was informed that I had subscribed. I didn't subscribe to any stuff. Since I had a contract with Vodafone over 5 years ago, the sim card has always been in the modem. I requested that the guy who was aiding me block all content services. He promised me that all content has been blocked and that it would not happen again.

This month (March 2025), I'm obliged to pay R299,87 for the same content service. I was assured that the service would be blocked. I will pay a total of R634.75 at the end. I did not agree to this service. I don't know where it came from.

This is the first occurrence of this since I entered into the contract with Vodacom. I believe Vodacom has resorted to generating revenue through deceptive practices targeting customers like myself. Vodacom is aware of our relative lack of authority, allowing them to act without facing repercussions. I request the full amount obtained *******ly be refunded and all content services be permanently blocked. Why is Vodacom permitting this to occur? I could have bought 37 loaves of bread for my children. I am experiencing financial difficulties, and Vodacom is exacerbating my situation. It illustrates the callousness of Vodacom in exploiting financially vulnerable customers.

The number I'm complaining about is ***, a data number. I may be reached at *** if Vodacom wishes to correct this.

If Vodafone is not involved in this ****, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with all of the information on the business making the deductions.
