Deductions from account, but will not give me a statement

My son uses a cellphone contract which is on my husband's name. We do receive a statement, but not a detailed one. The account is a Flexi 200. Within days of a new month, he will have no airtime or data. I have investicated how he can reduce his data usage and how we can switch of cellular use ect. When this did not worked, I went to Vodacom. It was then that I discoverd that there were deductions agains his account. The lady could not print a statement or tell me what the deductions were. She could only say it is for things like wallpapers & music which he downloaded and paid for every day. It seems that these amounts added to nearly his total package of R200 airtime each month.

I want a detailed account for the last six months to verify the deductions. Further, I want to know how such billing can be deducted against airtime and not billed seperately.

I have placed a call back under general calls a few weeks ago, but to date I did not received a sms or call.

Today, I have placed a second request.

I did get a Vodacom consultant to call me back last Saturday. Beside being rude, he still did not send the statements I requested. Can I please get those statements ASAP.

He did however mentioned WASP & double opt in. After my own research, it seems WASP generate an income from cellphone users when they subcribe. I absoloutely do not agree how Vodacom allows these third parties to deduct payments from my airtime! I have a contract with Vodacom to give me airtime and I demand to get this airtime. If there is cost for a third party, because of subsriptions, the main account holder should receive notification to agree to such cost. These cost should be billed seperately to my account.

WASP subsriptions makes it easy to buy wallpaper ect, but it is NOT clear that you will pay for it everyday. Even when the wallpaper is deleted, you keep paying, because they do not tell you how to cancel this subscription.
