Deductions for services from Vodamail that doen no longer exist 2ND post.

Thsis is the same issue as my pervious post deductions for services from Vodamail that doen no longer exist 2nd post on issue.

I have sent my complain to *** ond 13 Nov 2025 and a lady called me the next day. She passed the issue on to the service department. I got a sms to notify me a service ticket A3-7BJN-VL7W8 has been logged on 28 Nov 2025, 15 days later from the original correspondence with her. 29 Nov 2025 another sms to say that it has been assigned to technician. 12 Dec 2025 it has been closed.

This morning a notification of a deduction of R28.99 again, meaning they have not sorted the problem, again. It is not the first time, all service tickets to follow: 15 Aug 2025 AB-IMZ3-1JT7 logged 16 Aug 2025 AB-IMZ3-1JT7 assigned and closed the same day. 18 Oct 2025 A3-79Q6-CPH100 logged 19 Oct 2025 A3-79Q6-CPH100 assigned and closed the same day. 28 Nov 2025 A3-7BJN-VL7W8 logged 29 Nov 2025 A3-7BJN-VL7W8 assigned 12 Dec 2025 EC-21UX-2O5R53 has been closed.

What am I suppose to do? What is my next step I can do ? Move my number to another network? Open a police case of feft by Vodacom and it's incompetence? I surely cant be the only person that gets *****ed over by "the biggest" and most useless network in South Africa?

I expected my airtime back and the issues to be resolved and not just a **** apology on the site to save face, because it all deliveres no resaults.

On the previous post I got the exact same response. Automated responces do not solve the problems of incompetence in useless Vodacom staff
