deduction of premium even after cancelation of the contract

My name is Jefrey Mohale, after realising I was paying too much for my contract with Vodacom I decided to cancel the contract last year December around the 3rd. I was told to phone in for cancelation which I did and was told it was cancelled as this was a self-service. last month when I went thru my bank statement I realised there are still deduction by the same Vodacom on my FNB account, when I phoned I was told the cancelation was never done and I asked why am I charged for usage since I destroyed the sim myself they told me I have subscribed to something that cost 5 rand per day. As I write now I have received the invoice for 815 rand for April. Vodacom is continuing to charge me of a sim I don’t even use or have in my position.
