******** deduction. Of my contract phone

Vodacom contract is just Nonsense..they are ******..the way they do their things is totally off..it starts when they increase the monthly debit without consultation now when i called to cancel my contract at the end of the contract term,they don't,they even deduct more money than what Was being deducted monthly... 2 consecutive months they deducted.now when I call they say the contract cancelation was canceled..they are now saying they don't know why..im just so ****ed..i will never ever take contract phone with vodacom..its best I stay phoneless or buy cash..they are *****s
