Deduction of cancelled contracts

I have on numerous occations tried to cancel to sim cards that was suppose to just been added to the current two numbers but eventually was 2 diffirent numbers both 063 numbers. I have gone into Vodacom shops both in Port Shepstone and Pretoria and even phoned several times to Vodacom to cancel these two simcards. But every time its excuses and still not cancelled, the excuse being that its not actually Vodacom but another company used. The contract expired and even then they still just deducting non stop. I wrote and send them an email to cancel when the contract is up again not done.

last month I spend hours on the phone to Vodacom to cancel this once again and refund my money as I never told them to continue the contract. Was told it was cancelled and still was phoned about 2 weeks later and again told them to that it was cancelled and then was told yes the system shows its cancelled

Now again the money was deducted but still not cancelled. I actually cant even get a bill printed to show but those 2 sim cards are still active

This is straight ***** and it not resolved today I will continue opening a ***** investigation
