Deduction from my bank account by Vodacom

On 30 November 2017, Vodacom deducted an amount of R659,43 from my FNB bank account for my Vodacom cellphone no ********** 700 for the second time in less then two months time. I have already cancelled my contract with Vodacom in September 2017 but the above amount was deducted on the 30th November 2017.

I went to Vodacom Mahikeng branch and they have lodged numerous service requests for a refund, but Vodacom refuse to refund. Every time Vodacom has different excuses and says that I have used out-of-data bundles, but they are failing to do an investigation into the matter.

I did not use out-of-data bundles and I have only used my 500 day and night data I had left in my sim card. I need my money to be refunded and it's already a month after the wrongful deduction.

Thanks Mr AS Bartlett
