Deducting money and I'm with another service provider!?

This is absolutely unacceptable! I am not even with Vodacom anymore but they have deducted over R4.000 from my account! And nobody from Vodacom can resolve this and reimburse me? That is *****ing!

I successfully cancelled my Vodacom Red VIP contract last year August and my number was ported to another service provider on 17 September. So I did not have any Vodacom contract nor made use of any Vodacom services from 17 September 2016 onwards.

However, they wrongfully deducted R2,200.60 from my account on 25 October 2016. I called their helpline 082 111 on numerous occassions, and had to explain the story every single time that I do not have a contract with Vodacom anymore etc. After numerous calls nobody was able to resolve this issue. I was then told to email my bank account statement to ********** to prove that they deducted the money. This was emailed on 20 January 2017. And wait for this - instead of paying back the R2,200.60 that they owe me, they went on to deduct ANOTHER R2,200.60 from my account yesterday 25 January 2017.

So thus far Vodacom has ****** R4,401.20 from me but nobody can resolve this/ pay me back!? I will not leave the matter here, further steps will be taken as this is absolutely ridiculous!!!

I went to head office in Midrand on 14 February 2017 to resolve this issue (as the January Hello Peter complaint fell on deaf ears). I was told that they will have to deduct another installment on 25 February in order to pass the credit note for Vodacom to pay me back for three months on 28 February. The installment was deducted on 25 Feb but as expected, no monies have been returned to me.
So Vodacom has wrongfully deducted over R6,600 of my money thus far and I cannot stop it or get my money bac****
The deduction from my account was apparently due to a system error however I am under the impression that there is *****ulant activity taking place in the upgrade department of Vodacom as for some or other reason the upgrade department has a role to play in the cancellation of a contract. In my opinion the upgrade department should not be able to influence/ deny my cancellation of a contract from months ago, therefore I suspect ********** activity by Vodacom. What do you propose I do? I will not stop the matter here and see no other choice than to open a theft case at the SAPS.
Not one employee of Vodacom (not even after complaining on Hello Peter in January or spending an entire day at their head office) concerns any employee of Vodacom to help resolve the matter.
