Deducting cellphone insurance for a phone I don't have and reported

In 2015 I have bought a cellphone via Edgars Vaal Mall on my account. December 2015 this cellphone was ******. Went through all the necessary stages. Bought a new phone. Paid R800 access fee. However, my Edgars account kept increasing. When I went to the store few week ago to find out what is going on, I was told that Vodacom kept charging me cellphone insurance for the phone which was ****** AS well as insurance on the new phone. Can you please credit my account for the insurance I've paid on the phone I did not have ?
