Deduct 50% - 100% more than agreed offer

Me my wife and sister upgraded 6 contracts online 4 months ago. We were promised by the agent Tsholofelo Shuping the following deal for all 6 upgrades:

Contract: Red select + Phone: I-phone 7+ 256G Data: 5G Total: R1099.00 per month all inclusive.

what he said was that the normal offer is R1399.00 per month but because we upgrade with him online and are all longtime customers he will increase the date from 2G to 5G per month free of charge and will give us a R300.00 discount per contract so the total we will pay per month is R1099.00, This offer was communicated with three people on the same day by the same agent, Tsholofelo Shuping!!!

When our first debit orders went off the amounts varied per contract between R2300.00 - R2700.00 per contract. When we queried it they said they accidentally deducted double liner rentals and that it was a system error and it will be rectified.

Since then the amounts deducted was not once the agreed amount, some contracts was charge double line rentals again. The lowest amount deducted per contract was +/-R1600.00 and the highest +/-R2800.00. The best of all not even one contract is at the amount that was on offer at any dealer for R1399.00,

I calculated that over the last 4 months Vodacom deducted over R7000.00 more than they should have just on my 3 contracts.

We have been trying to resolve this with Tsholofelo Shuping for the last 4 moths now and we have absolutely no success. We don't know what to do anymore!!!

I have noted all the calls I made just over the last two months, I called them more than 20 times and was on the phone (most of the time on hold) for more than 7 hours.

I am at the point to just stop my debit orders and move over to another service provider! This is ridicules!!!
