Dedication to solve a problem
To whom it may concern , I help a person who uses Vodacom and we asked for help on 135 ....We got to deal with NIKITA and I would like to let her know that she was very pleasant and friendly and even giving her a 5/5 I think personnaly she should have called us back and just let us know of her plan of action to solve her problem .End of the day THANK you very much for her dedication and friendliness etc ....THANK YOU > We are far away from any Vodacom shop and in the bush ....Thank you for solving her problem .
