declined and no one give a hell

I have been trying to get a reason for why my application for my contract was declined and they keep giving me other numbers to phone and then when it comes to pressing the options ,it Never gives you the right options and then you get to an agent its not their department or they transfer me or gives me yet another number to phone...VERY BAD FOR A COMPANY THIS BIG
