Deceptive Vodacom shake promises

I definitely don't like complaining, but when it comes to Vodacom with there billions and false promises and poor service at times, they need to be exposed. I won R300 airtime on the Vodacom shake yesterday. If you press on the "i" on the Vodacom app, bonus airtime it says "For local calls, data and sms use only". I tried buying data and it didn't want to. I called 135 and the lady said when my data is finished it will automatically use the R300 for data. That never happened when my data finished up and I called again and the lady said it's just for calls, I told her that it's not a call package, but airtime and airtime should be able to be used for data. I ended up buying data with my own airtime last night. Once again, I'm very disappointed with Vodacom. @Vodacom
