Deceptive Marketing
Dear Sir/Madam

I called Upgrade Department on the 16th of June 2015 at around 10H52 to enquire about the Nokia 1320 Phablet - Contract Flexi 150 but that is going for R99 on a monthly basis, but I was told that there is a mistake on the Online Advert on the Official Vodacom Website. The Person who assisted me further advised me that I can go every where to complain but this will not be corrected as Vodacom when they advertise they don't mean that customers will get items at the amount advertised. Ethics have taught us that the customer is always right if supported by evidence that the supplier is wrong. I hereby apply that business ethics be app**** so that the element of fairness can be app**** in this deal. Vodacom must take full responsibility for this is indeed its an error.

The Competition Act does not allow deceptive marketing but this is what Vodacom is Practicing. I am really disappointed with the response I got from Vodacom. Its not for the First time this has happened.

Here is the link:
[URL Removed]

Regards
Disappointed Loyal Client
