Deception
Hi I'm a new client of vodacom I was deceived by a consultant of vodacom the package was for Fibre to my home which he told me was 700gig and a 20mb line and if exceeded the fair usage policy will be throttled to a 5mb line but after I had signed they changed the package to 500gigs and 2mb line that is totally unfair I have tried calling vodacom a few times and on every occasion I have been told that a supervisor will call it has been 3 months now to no avail. Please assist me what can be done I have the chat on my phone with the consultant of vodacom .
