Deceiving online customers

<p>So, Vodacom online has advertised big on their site ... "Why buy online? Safe and Secure. Free next day delivery. Free Sim. 14 day return policy".</p> <p> </p> <p>Looks good ... but, once you have ordered you'll quickly find out that the "next day delivery" PROMISED is a lie. When you call to query why you have not received you phone if the website clearly states "next day delivery" the response is "I'm just a sales consultant. I just do what I'm told" and "it used to be that way".</p> <p> </p> <p>False advertising and really poor sercive. Disappointing.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
