Deceiving information from Vodacom Online

I came across an ad on the internet and i clicked on it, it was a Samsung S7 and i app**** for the contract. I then received an email and an sms notifing me that my contract has been approved and that i must follow a link to confirm which i did. Few hours later i decided to call the number provided on the email only to be told that my application was declined, i then wrote an email (If you have any questions, please email ********** or call us on ********** 4) asking for clarity only to be rep**** for a one liner email by Tracy saying that i did not qualify. Is my scoring that bad that i dont even deserve a call or an explanation from Vodacom that clarifies why your system is saying the one thing and your agents the other? How do i even look at any other advert from this company if this is the way you treat your prospective clients? Am i being unreasonable to ask why your system sent me a notification saying that i was approved but your callcenter agents something different? Really bad experience that i received from Vodacom. My employer`s company phones are from Vodacom and i am really worried about doing the business upgrade/renewal when the contract expires. But then again maybe Vodacom does need my and my employer`s business you guys are a big company after all.

So 3 weeks into it and Vodacom is still giving me the run arounds. I received a call from somebody from Vodacom and he told me that he was going to contact online sales and revert but that still has not happened. I then did a follow up with Nelisa from online who told me that she had reffered my application for a review, a couple of calls later she told me that i didnt qualify for the S7 that the Vodacom system initially approved. She then told me that i could get a Samsung J 7 for R 299 or R 399 not sure, i then asked if i could not choose a different device for the same subscribtion to which she said it was not possible. How can i qualify for a device of R 299/ 399 and not be given an option to choose any device within that same amount? I then decided to go to Clearwater mall Vodacom store and i was told that i can only get help if online does a deal swap. Today the deal swop or cancellation of the initial deal was done and now i dont qualify yet again. How does your system work? So in the passed 3 weeks i hve heard 3 different stories/outcomes from Vodacom, how is this possible if Vodacom uses a uniform system? Which system is the right one? How can one person be approved then approved for a lower deal then refered and approved again then finally declined by the same system? The other deal was almost done as i was told to only wait for the confirmations depatment to call me and they never did and now when i decide to go to the store i am suddenly declined. Please help me understand how this works for such a BIG COMPANY???
