deceived contract customer

on the 12-10-2015 i reported vodacom because of the bad service i received and the fact that i am paying my monthly installment but i do not receive my data and i have not for two months now. the same day i laid a complaint i received a call from a Vodacom consultant Allister who told me that they have fixed my problem and i will receive my data and my i-pad will start working. i would like to inform them that i haven't received my data and i still cant go to the internet. i was deceived, i have been trying to call Vodacom and tell them the same thing but they always tell me to switch off the i-pad and on again, it will work and some have promised to call me back, but even today no one has gotten back to me and tell me why i still don't have my data. i paid for it. now i see that Allister says my problem was fixed, my problem is not fixed and till today i cant use my i-pad because i still don't have data. what he said is a lie. this is his statement which is false, i did not receive the assistance, just promising words<br> Hello Angel Mabuya,<br> <br> As discussed, please note that feedback has been provided and the required assistance has now been completed.<br> Kind regards <br> Allister
