I have been offered a "migration" of my current contract. I have told the consultant that I do not want to upgrade yet as I usually upgrade at Macro. Their consultant assured me that I would still be able to upgrade, as this is not an upgrade. This was not the case. When I wanted to upgrade my phone as usual, they said to me that the contract was already upgraded and that I can only upgrade in 2024. My phone is getting outdated and I have received nothing for the extension. Their service for handling queries is also very poor.
