********* call agent! Lies lies lies you accept offer they email a quote with different package

I just received an invoice of R1400. I cancelled my contract on the 10th of November after receiving my settlement letter which I then paid and sent proof of payment. I made a follow up call to ensure all was received and done. Which was. My number was then reverted to prepaid. On the 23rd November and agent called me from retentions. Claiming she’s going to offer me a R124, 3 month contract. Proceeded to explain the benefits and features. Which was a good offer and I took it up. On the 3rd of December I was emailed the quote which was completely the opposite of what I was explained to on the phone. I then called to seek clarity and cancelled as I was deceived. The reference I received was - Ref number for upgrade reversal *** Now I am billed R1400 for this ****

horrible horrible horrible!!!! as requested. i caled in on the 31st to request for my refund and ensure the contract is cancelled. today is the 13th NO CANCELLATION OR REFUND has been done. twitter account absolutely useless!!!! when i call in agents offer me a call back and no call back happens.

did a premature cancellation on my contract. paid the fee, emailed and followed up with them to ensure my proof of payment was received, followed up after a month to ensure it is cancelled. VODACOM is a total ****!!! never again will i take a contract. they should learn from MTN!!! as you already know. i cancelled my contract last year. as requested by VODACOM i called in on the 31st to request for my refund and ensure the contract is cancelled. today is the 13th NO CANCELLATION OR REFUND has been done. twitter account absolutely useless!!! when i call in agents offer me a call back and no call back happens. nobody knows what the yare doing. i don't understand how difficult is it to refund me my R493 and cancel the damn contract. i have long paid what's due on my side. do you want my blood sample in order to fulfil my request????

vodacom is the PITS! the twitter account is now ignoring me because i keep asking about my R493 refund. all agents are offering me a call back yet nobody ever calls me. apparently i was upgrade on the 3rd of December without my knowledge once again.

2 ******* upgrades! 3 months later! no refund, all the **** upgrades their agent did still not reversed. i call in every week! guess what "we will get someone to call you mam" nobody calls
