DECEIT, LIES, ****, RIP-OFF, USELESS SERVICE!!!!!

Last year November I was offered an upgrade on my contract and declined the offer. Seeing that I had the consultant on the line, I asked him to cancel my contract and he informed me that the plan I was on automatically cancels on the end date and there was no need to cancel anything.

December 9th 2019 and Oupa called me and I informed him that I already spoke to one of his colleagues and told him that I am not interested in upgrading. He then asked if he should cancel my contract and I told him that the previoius consultant said that I don't have to cancel it as it will end on its end date. I was then debited in December as the useless consultant provided me with incorrect information. Oupa then cancelled my contract and then offered me a R87 or R89 plan for 2G data and R50/R60 odd airtime. It sounded too good to be true but he convinced me and I ended up taking the contract which was affective from January 2020.

Month end Jan, my debit order went off. I received my airtime but data "DOLOLO"!!!!. I called the call centre on the 2nd Feb and spoke to someone who did not seem interested in assisting me. She yawned in my ear numerous times and placed me on hold still not to assist me. She then informed me that my contract is sorted but my data was not allocated and that I have to call the upgrades team on Monday so that they can allocate it.

Monday 3 Jan waiting long to get hold of someone. Dropped and called numerous times and eventually got hold of someone who informed me that she will send a request to the upgrades team to allocate my data. I requested that she cancels my contract and this was not the agreement. she then sent a request and told me that I have to wait for 2 SMS's before I call them.

I called the upgrades and cancellations team and they mentioned that the upgrades reversal was processed but not finalised and that I can only cancel my contract at the end of the month. I then asked about the data because I paid for the data but only received the airtime and then she said that if I want the data I will have to pay (24 month contract). I'm so lost and annoyed with all this LIES and SH*&!!!!!!!

Can someone cancel my contract now and remove me from your systems. i don't want anything to do with ya'll useless people and messed up service.!!!!

Hi

Does this mean that the contract h"as been cancelled?

I called your cancellations department today and only got through to someone after 20 minutes and the consultant "Nthabiseng or Thabiso" from Retentions said that she can't hear me. After saying "hello" numerous times she eventually ended the call and transferred me to rate my service.

Please look into the call for me because I could hear the consultant clearly and I don't have issues with my phone's speaker. I WILL NOT waste another 20 minutes of my time to call to cancel this thing!

Can I also get confirmation that my contract is totally cancelled because I DO NOT want anything to do with you and your pathetic service.

Thank you

Called Vodacom again because now you smart people decided toto debit my account with R49 and credit my account with R209 airtime...I do NOT want your contract!!

I called ur call centre again this morning at 07:55 from *** to find out why you sent me airtime and debited my account after I requested a cancellation...and lucky me,,I got through to Nthabiseng once again who authenticated me and asked me to hold and then the call cut AGAIN!!!

If I do not get any feedback by the end of this week. This will b taken further to the ombudsman.
