DECEASED SONS CONTRACT
I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom since 1997.

Numerous contracts taken out with them over the past 18 years, never ever a missed payment or a late payment.

In March 2014 I took out a contract for my son.

Unfortunatley he died in a motor accident on the 12th December 2014. The cellphone went missing from the scene of the accident.

I phoned vodacom to try and cancel the contract. I was told to pay the amount of R1819.00 that is still outstanding on the phone and then to pay the R99.00 a month till the contract is up. As I told them they can check that number has not been used since that day.

Not interested, they do not care about the trauma and cost that I have had to endure since the accident, there attitude is just pay.

I have sent an email that was never responded to, asking them if they cannot assist me in any way.No reply.

Needless to say, loyalty to a company means nothing in this day, all they care about is the money.

I will be looking at moving all my contracts as they come up.

All I can say is THANK YOU Vodacom for nothing
